GAN Stands for Natural Asset Management (in Spanish "Gestión de Activos Naturales")

GAN Capital is a private equity fund established under the laws of Ontario, Canada whose vision is to invest in the pharmaceutical industry in Mexico.


In a first stage, investments have been focused on a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Lab for the development of innovative products, and sale of both white label and final consumer products. This Manufacturing Lab will become one of the main Wholesale Supplier with international certifications such as PICS, ISO 17025, FDA, among others.


Likewise, we have invested in a Third Party Laboratory Test that will allow pharmaceutical companies have their products tested for quality and safety. With this laboratory import permits and registration of medicines and medical devices, among others, can be granted.

    More than 30 years of experience in the financial sector.

    Served as Director of Capital Markets at Credit Suisse, where he participated in the placement, stabilization and market-forming of: Unifin, Vesta, FHIPO, Pinfra, Gfinter, Ienova, Gfinbur, Cultiba, Elementia, among others. He is VP of the Capital Markets Committee of the AMIB. He has a BA in economics from ITAM and has an EMBA for UT in Austin.

    COO

    More than 35 years of experience in the financial and industrial sector.

    He was the Industrial, New Business and Finance Director of Meller Group in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and USA. He was Country Manager of RAJ Corp., of the Forbes & Manhattan (Canada). He has a bachelor degree in engineering at the University of Buenos Aires.

    It arises from the need to have novel and high quality pharmaceutical products for the development, design and manufacture of herbal medicines. It has a new 2,600 m2 plant that specializes in the transformation and manufacture of medicinal products. The laboratory has infrastructure and state-of-the-art technology for the development of solid, semi-solid, liquid and powder medicinal products.
    The specialized team has experience in health records accreditations, they have obtained 24 health authorizations which are complex processes that take at least +12 months. Medicinal products that seek to be manufactured, marketed or exported from Mexico must pass through this type of registration.
